Coaching with curiosity, connection and creativity
For many years I wore multiple hats: mother, FIFO wife, daughter, friend, business owner, Board Director and Rotarian. Some days it felt less like a collection of hats and more like a one-woman millinery department!
Like many of us, I was doing my best to show up for everyone else while quietly carrying responsibility, expectation and the pressure to make it all work.
Looking back, I wish I'd had someone in my corner.
Someone who would listen without judgement.
Someone who would challenge my thinking without telling me what to think.
Someone who understood that the right question is often more valuable than their well-meaning advice or directive.
That experience became the foundation of Thinkery.
Through my own journey, I have learned that success is not about perfectly balancing every part of life. It is about making thoughtful choices that align with who you are, what matters most, and the season you are in.
Life, work, relationships, confidence and leadership are all connected. They have a habit of spilling into one another, usually without asking permission. A difficult conversation at work can stay with you long after the laptop is closed. Pressure at home can affect how you show up elsewhere. When one part feels unsettled, it can quietly shape the way we think, lead, decide and connect.
Thinkery exists because the answers we need are often already within us. They just have a habit of hiding in the back corner of our minds, behind old shopping lists, meeting agendas and that song that's been stuck in our heads for three days.
I am continually inspired by what happens when people feel heard. Connection creates trust, curiosity opens new doors, and creativity helps shape ideas that were waiting to be discovered.
Every time someone invites me into their story, it’s inspiring, as they embrace curiosity and begin to trust what has been quietly waiting within.
